1. Linda Thorne, President
Ms. Thorne is a homesteader and former construction coordinator for People’s Homesteading. Ms. Thorne currently owns a company that washes down worksites after rehabilitation to comply with lead paint abatement regulations. She resides in the Johnston Square Community. Ms. Thorne and her family operate a youth program called “Totally Positive Youth”.
2. Grace Willis, Secretary & Treasurer
Ms. Willis is a retired principal of The Baltimore City Public School System. She is currently the Senior Adviser of the Greater Greenmount Community Association (GGCA). She is a resident of the Barclay Greenmount Historic District.
3. Glen Robinson, Member-At-Large
Glenn recently returned to the Midway section of Baltimore to renovate his grandmother's home. He actively participates in the Greater Greenmount Community Association. Glenn's works at Morgan State University involves analysis of transportation networks, development of computer-based analytical tools that allow citizens in low income communities to understand and propose alternatives to increase transportation accessibility to housing, jobs and educational opportunities. Through his work at Morgan, Glenn assisted PHG in analyzing the impact of the proposed transit-oriented development plan for the intersection of Greenmount Avenue and East North Avenue.
4. Jennifer Leonard, Member-At-Large
Ms. Leonard is a former Housing Development Project Manager of People's Homesteading Group. She is also a former employee of the Children’s Peace Project in New York City. Ms. Leonard currently works for Smart Growth America as the Director of the National Vacant Properties Campaign.

6. Grace Comer, Member-At-Large
Ms. Comer is an active resident of Barclay. She is employed by the Baltimore City School System. Ms. Comer tends several vacant lots as community gardens, partnering with local organizations such as CivicWorks and the Parks and People Foundation.
