Homeownership Counceling
PHG
’s Homeownership Program helps low- and moderate-income families become homeowners
in Baltimore. Program participants learn financial literacy skills and gain the
opportunity to build financial equity by buying a home. 
Our Housing
Counselor educates and supports over 100 potential home buyers each year. PHG
provides technical assistance in budgeting and savings, career
planning and employment referrals, homeowner insurance, banks, credit, and financing.
