PHG rehabilitates between six and ten houses a year. Well over 100 houses have been completed, and approximately 75 of the original homeowners remain in their homes.
Rehabilitating and preserving houses minimizes the number of vacant properties and vacant lots in the neighborhood and curbs the illegal activity occurring within and around those vacancies. Our efforts work to maintain the historic nature of the neighborhood.
